Quarters is a functional-movement grounding studio. Functional training provides sustainable progressive results over a time period, and it fits across all ages, physical conditioning and fitness background.
The classes cover THREE natures: mobility, strength and conditioning, namely Motion Crew, Strength Culture and Hybrid Community. Classes are capped at a maximum of eight pax per class, committing to conduct quality sessions and something to be taken home by members each day. Each coaching and personalised programming syllabus are mindfully crafted, particularly for prime age adults and seniors.
